Livity is looking for a wordsmith Senior Creative to join our innovative engine of transformation. We are looking for someone to ideate and guide the production of youth-led, internet-breaking ideas for campaigns, content, platforms, products and services that entertain and enable young people.
As a senior creative your role is pivotal in the creation of work that is infused with the energy and spirit of young people – so we can make more things they love and which make a difference for them. You are responsible for finding innovative ideas that solve business problems for Livity as a business and our clients in a way that creates value for young people. We would expect you to take charge of creating groundbreaking work by mapping a brand or business’s objectives against what the audience actually wants or needs and finding concepts that effectively serve both.
Your background in either an agency or in-house creative team client-side, will have sharpened your craft skills in copywriting, art direction, design and or film. You will demonstrate a strong understanding of the digital and social world in which young people live their lives.
The ideal person will be a conceptual thinker and natural collaborator preferably from a copy / editorial background, capable of partnering with creatives, strategists and more to find innovative solutions to communication and business problems. You will be driven by a curiosity to understand problems better and have a hunger for perfection and a desire to go beyond ‘good enough’ in the pursuit of brilliance.
