In the wake of Brexit, the media was full of stories about young people’s disillusionment.

But influential youth groups across the country had no desire to dwell on the debate - they wanted to take positive action. We teamed up with them to create a force for good that could define the future of British youth.

Undivided: the movement fighting to ensure young voices are heard in the Brexit negotiations..

Launching in October 2016, we secured coverage on the Today programme, BBC2, Sky, Newsbeat, ITV and 4Music among others. Through our crowdsourcing platform, Undivided asked young people to submit their priorities for post-Brexit Britain.

One hundred media partnerships, a series of regional events, a schools programme, and social content strategy later, Undivided is helping to shape the agenda in parliament and in the media.

By February 2017, nearly 10,000 young people had submitted demands and 289,000 had voted. The results formed youth policy recommendations which the Undivided campaigners will continue to lobby parliament on.

We now have a permanent seat at two All Party Parliamentary Groups and have been officially recognised by the Department for Exiting the EU. Watch this space.
